QUIET DAY - THE TEBAH OF GOD
Saturday 7th December 2019 from 9.30am to 1.00pm
followed by a Bread and Soup lunch.
Tebah is a word used only twice in the Old Testament - to describe
Noah’s Ark as well as the basket that Moses was hidden in. In each
case, the waters of death were escaped through the cradling (Tebah)
of God. As we approach Advent we will reflect and pray about the
cradling of his Son in a manger. Jesus is the true Tebah through
which those in Jesus will safely be carried to salvation. In Jesus
we are safe.
