THE CHURCH

Both buildings are versatile and can be booked for conferences, coffee mornings, worship groups, band practices etc.

Accssibility

Full disabled facilities including wheelchair access, disabled toilets and parking. We also offer an Induction Loop System for compatible hearing Aids

OVERHEAD PROJECTOR

We have a large overhead projector which is comparable with most devices and we have a high quality PA system for audio, including microphones

PARKING

There is ample parking on Church Bank directly above the church, including disabled spaces

CATERING

We offer basic catering facilities in a small kitchenette

Baby and childrens facilities

We have baby changing facilities and a discreet baby feeding area.

We also have an area with books and toys for children to play with during any of the services

THE CHURCH HALL

Built in the early 1870's, the Church Hall initially served as a school and later as a Sunday school and a daughter church of Christ Church, Sowerby Bridge.

The well-maintained building, which has been extensively refurbished in recent years, consists of a large main hall, a social room, a kitchen, toilets and storage facilities on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large room and a smaller room both used by the Uniformed Organisations. There is a large basement for further storage.

It is very well used by a thriving Under 5's Pre-school each weekday morning and afternoon in term time and by the very popular uniformed organisations four nights of the week.

It is frequently hired at weekends for private parties and is available for hire by clubs.
